Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals eager to start their careers as Business Analysts. This entry-level position is designed for candidates with little to no professional experience who are passionate about business analysis, data, and process improvements. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop core business analysis skills while working under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development: Participate in structured training programs to learn the fundamentals of business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Support Senior Analysts: Assist experienced Business Analysts in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements.
- Documentation: Help in preparing basic documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and process flow diagrams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Learn to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments, gaining exposure to business needs and challenges.
- Data Analysis Support: Work alongside team members to gather and analyze data, learning how to identify trends and insights that support business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Participate in identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, gaining an understanding of how systems and workflows can be optimized.
- Testing Support: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by documenting test cases and learning to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Project Involvement: Gain exposure to real-world projects by supporting various project-related tasks and learning project management basics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or any related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong desire to build a career in business analysis.
- Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus but not required.
