Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications by conducting thorough testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with development teams to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software issues.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and tools.
• Conduct API testing and database validations using SQL queries.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
