Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and removing obstacles to drive efficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach Agile teams in Scrum framework and best practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Remove impediments to the team’s progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Track and report key Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown charts, and team performance.
• Promote Agile principles and help teams transition to a more efficient workflow.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies while tailoring approaches to fit project needs.
• Advocate for transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage cross-functional teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification preferred.
